Alfaaz CRM designs, builds, and integrates AI-powered CRM agents, including AI voice receptionists, WhatsApp agents, Instagram chat agents, website AI assistants, CRM integrations, and custom AI solutions. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and fees for any engagement will be agreed upon between you and us in writing before work begins.
Project estimates and delivery timelines (typically around two weeks) are provided in good faith and may vary based on scope, complexity, and your timely provision of required information and access. Fees, payment schedules, and any deposits will be set out in your individual project agreement or invoice.
To deliver your project, we may require access to accounts, platforms, content, and information. You agree to provide accurate information and to ensure you have the rights and permissions necessary for us to perform the services, including compliance with the terms of any third-party platforms (such as WhatsApp, Instagram/Meta, and your CRM provider).
Our solutions often rely on third-party platforms and APIs. We are not responsible for changes, outages, restrictions, or policy decisions made by those third parties that may affect the functionality of your agent. We will make reasonable efforts to adapt solutions where feasible.
Upon full payment, you receive the rights to the custom deliverables created specifically for you, as described in your project agreement. Alfaaz CRM retains ownership of its underlying tools, frameworks, methodologies, and any pre-existing or reusable components used to build your solution.
You agree not to use our services or any agent we build for unlawful, deceptive, abusive, or harmful purposes, including sending spam or violating applicable communications, privacy, or consumer-protection laws.
We provide our services with reasonable skill and care. However, our website and services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes, conversion rates, or uninterrupted, error-free operation of AI systems.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Alfaaz CRM shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or loss of profits, revenue, or data, arising from your use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the relevant engagement.
Either party may terminate an engagement as described in the applicable project agreement. Fees for work completed up to the date of termination remain payable.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be posted on this page with the updated date above.
